David Anderson is the inventor of the IceCycle technology and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Trinity. A lifelong inventor, Dave has over twenty US patents, including several applications for IceCycle's technologies. He has taken several of his innovations to market and managed several startup and large manufacturing operations. His extensive work in the petroleum industry with liquids flashing to vapor provides him unique knowledge with air conditioning refrigerants, which are the nucleus of air conditioning systems. Dave has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Texas Tech University. Dave has committed all of his resources to the development and deployment of technologies that improve the environment for future generations.
Mark Glover is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Trinity and a founding partner. Mark has over twenty five years experience in commercial construction, real estate development, and energy efficient building technologies. He gained valuable insight and experience growing up in the family-owned mechanical contracting business. Mark also serves as Vice Chairman of one of the nation's largest electric cooperatives and has served as a board director since 2002. Mark has studied the electric industry and green energy technologies in depth for many years and has considerable industry knowledge and insight. Mark has a BBA from Texas A&M University in Commerce and an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Rick O'Hara is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Trinity. He has over twenty years of experience with young technology firms in both management and advisory/consulting capacities. As the CFO at Carter Aviation Technologies, featured in a 60 Minutes special on state of the art aircraft, he helped raise over $1 million, and prepared white papers and proposals which led to funding from the U.S. military. He has worked with numerous technology startups, including positions as the contract CFO at Paramount Digital Entertainment; CFO at Carter Wind Energy; and Director of Business Planning at The Becker Group of Companies. While still a student at the USC Graduate School of Business, he founded Robonics, which published the first business graphics software. Rick received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
Matt Anderson is Legal Director of Trinity and a founding partner. He has direct experience in working with several emerging technology products. Matt was named a 2004 "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly Magazine and graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics. He earned his J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law.
Mike Glover is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Trinity. Mike has thirty plus years experience in the HVAC and Energy Management fields. His experience includes owning both mechanical contracting and consulting firms. Mike is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and has served as Past President for both the North Texas Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers and the North Texas Chapter of Air Conditioning Contractors of America. Mike did undergraduate study at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Jason Hill is Director of Manufacturing for Trinity. Jason has been involved at Trinity from its inception and has an in depth knowledge of Trinity's proprietary technology. He directs daily manufacturing details for Trinity. Jason has a BS degree from Midwestern State University.
