IceCycle Neighborhood system with central chiller plant and thermal energy storage tanks on the ground. Neighborhood controllers are on the roof - one for each floor. Controllers feed metered refrigerant to air handlers in each tenant space. Individual tenants are billed for cooling use through IceCycle's proprietary Thermal Metering System (TMS).
