The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) and Cooperative Research Network (CRN) have rigorously tested the IceCycle technology through grants and a series of multi-year demonstration projects. NRECA and CRN have produced a report of their findings that validates the technology and endorses the technology as a valuable tool for electric cooperatives.

What’s new

  • The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) and Cooperative Research Network (CRN) have rigorously tested the IceCycle technology through Grants and a series of multi year demonstration projects. NRECA & CRN have produced a report of their findings that validates the technology and endorses the technology as a valuable tool for electric cooperatives.

  • IceCycle is forming a Strategic Alliance for testing and validation of its products with the Texas A&M Energy Systems Laboratory (A&M ESL).  The A&M ESL is located in the Texas Engineering Experiment Station at the Riverside Campus, near College Station, Texas.  A&M will test and validate IceCycle under rigorous ASHRAE and ARI standards.  The A&M ESL is the top validation center for air-conditioning technologies in the nation and has a state-of-the-art Psychometric Test Facility. Testing is anticipated to begin in February 2008.
