Integrating our patented thermal storage controller with a conventional air conditioning condenser, IceCycle Commercial is targeted for commercial new construction and replacement applications in buildings up to 100,000 square feet. There is the option to include an air-cooled heat pump to provide both heating and cooling.
- Works with conventional refrigerant-based interior air handler or specialized equipment
- Installs with no changes inside the structure
- Shifts 90 to 95% of HVAC cooling energy consumption to off-peak hours
- Saves up to 20% of HVAC cooling energy consumption
- Shifts auxiliary loads, such as water heaters and fountains, to off-peak through IceCycle's "Smart Controller"
- Allows HVAC system to operate as if the IceCycle system was not there (conventional mode)
